The Pirates scored three runs in the ninth, but lost to the Cubs, 4-3, last night. They also lost starter Mitch Keller, who left the game in the third inning with left side discomfort, and reliever Michael Feliz, who suffered a right forearm strain.
Colin Moran hit his Major League-leading fifth home run for the Bucs.
