The Altoona Curve beat the Erie Seawolves on Friday night 4-2.
Drew Maggi was the only Curve player to record a multi-hit night, going 3 for 4 with two RBI’s, and is his last 3+ hits game since 2014. Maggi scored the game-tying runs in the sixth inning when he hit a bases-loaded single. In the top of the eighth, Josh Palacios did the same thing as the ball went off the Erie third baseman’s glove, resulting in two runs off the error.
The six-game series with the Seawolves continues this afternoon.
