IUP freshman Delaney Patella has repeated as the PSAC West Athlete of the Week in softball after helping the Crimson Hawks to a ten-game winning streak.
Patella hit four home runs and two doubles in eight games last week, with a .640 batting average.
She takes an 11-game hitting streak into today’s doubleheader with Slippery Rock, where she will no doubt be facing the PSAC West Pitcher of the Week, in Alexsa Hurd.
