The State Department of Education has published a county-by-county map showing the school districts across the commonwealth that have submitted return-to-school plans, with links so that visitors to the site can read their district’s plan.
As of the last update on Friday, three school systems in Indiana County had submitted their plans: the Indiana County Technology Center, Marion Center, and United. While the other county school districts all have plans posted to their own websites, the state site only has those three. For Marion Center, their plan is currently a plan for summer activities in the school district, and they anticipate passing a plan for the 2020-2021 school year later this month.
In surrounding counties, Ligonier Valley is the only local district with plans posted to the state website.
