Penguins defenseman Zack Trotman has been ruled out of the season restart and will not play again this season. The team did not say whether it was due to injury or illness.
Trotman, who has spent the season shuttling back and forth between Pittsburgh and Wilkes-Barre joins Nick Bjugstad and Dominik Simon on the sidelines. Bjugstand and Simon both have had surgery during the pandemic stoppage.
