At least one person has died in a crash near Derry this morning.
Reports say that the Westmoreland County coroner was called out to the intersection of Route 217 and Pizza Barn Road along with Derry and Blairsville firefighters. The initial call went out at 7:34 this morning. Route 217 was closed for a portion of the morning but it is open now. No one was taken to the hospital.
