PennDOT has not issued a release with details on planned delays in Indiana Borough, but the electronic sign at the bridge replacement project on the east end of town warns that delays can indeed be expected on Monday.
The bridge project is one of two affecting traffic on Philadelphia Street. On the east side of town, it’s between 3rd and 4th streets and involves a lane reconfiguration. The other on the west side of town is in the 11th Street area. Both projects replace small box culverts.
Both projects are scheduled for completion in October.
