Several different hearings will be held today in Indiana County Court. Among those will be an omnibus pre-trial motions hearing for a man in the state prison system who is charged with assault.
Court documents show that 27-year-old Michael Jemell Davis, Jr. of Houtzdale is charged with simple assault, assault by prisoner on another person, harassment and procuring a weapon for an incident on May 18th of 2022. His hearing today will be an omnibus pre-trial motions hearing.
Also on today’s schedule is a plea court hearing for Shawn Lydick. The 42-year-old Punxsutawney man is charged with manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for an incident on April 27th of last year.
Also due in court today is 39-year-old Justin Lamb of Seward for a pre-trial conference. He is charged with two counts of indecent exposure for an incident on September 1st of 2021.
