Pitt football coach Pat Narduzzi has added his seventeenth recruit for the class of 2021. Three-star linebacker Derrveron Maxwell-Black of St. Petersburg, Florida, tweeted a verbal commitment yesterday.
Headed into his senior season of high school football, Maxwell-Black is 6-2 and weighs 210 pounds. He had offers from nine Division One schools, including Syracuse and Illinois.
