What has been a very busy week so far in the Indiana County Courts continues today with five more Plea Court appearances. Among the defendants are:
- 45-year-old Michelle Penrose of Indiana, who is charged with seven misdemeanor counts of theft by unlawful taking. Those seven offenses were originally filed as seven felony retail theft crimes.
- 31-year-old Nathan Herby of Blairsville will plead to two counts of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 42-year-old Brian Thacker of Clymer will plead to charges of simple assault, harassment, and criminal mischief.
- 37-year-old Bridget Boychuck of Cherry Tree and 35-year-old Melissa Garshick of Homer City will both plead will plead to a charge of retail theft.
All of today’s Plea Court cases will be heard by Judge Thomas Bianco.
