An Indiana man was injured last evening in an accident on Route 56 in Brush Valley Township. State police say 53-year-old Owen Larkin Jr. struck and killed a deer and when his airbag deployed, he may have suffered a hand injury. The crash happened just before 7 PM.
No one was injured Tuesday evening in a two-vehicle collision on Route 119 in East Mahoning Township, at the entrance to Marion Center. Police say southbound 26-year-old Kelsey Elliot of Northern Cambria tried to make a left turn onto Route 403, but turned into the path of the northbound pickup truck of 61-year-old Robert Martz of Ringgold, Jefferson County. They collided head-on but both were wearing seatbelts and there were no injuries.
