State Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened in Rural Valley late Friday afternoon.
Reports say that Armstrong County Coroner Brian K. Myers identified the victims as 32-year-old Jacob Adam Iseman of Ford City and 86-year-old Thomas Lowell Dean of Dayton. The crash happened at 4:30 on Route 85, as a pickup truck allegedly driven by Dean crossed the center line and collided head on with a car driven by Iseman. Police believe that neither alcohol nor drugs were involved in the crash.
The investigation continues.
