Indiana High graduate Kendall Branan has been named the 2023 PSAC Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Year. The sophomore was IUP’s only representative at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championship, where he finished 7th in the 800 meters after entering the meet ranked 15th in the nation.
Branan won All-American and All-PSAC honors in the 800 and was awarded All-Atlantic Region by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
IUP opens it outdoor track & field season today and tomorrow at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational.
