In Indiana County Court today, a couple of dozen defendants are due for DUI Criminal Call, and there is one plea court appearance on the schedule.
The plea court proceeding involves 27-year-old Noah Rosoff-Verbit of Pittsburgh, who is charged with burglary, theft, and receiving stolen property, all felonies. A related charge of robbery was dropped in the case, which was filed by Indiana Borough police for an incident in February.
Should Rosoff-Verbit not enter a plea today, jury selection is scheduled to begin on Monday.
