In Indiana County Court today, there are 23 cases scheduled before Judge Thomas Bianco, all of them for driving under the influence, and all scheduled for pleas and sentencing. There is also a probation revocation for one of the DUI defendants.
The trial of Justin Libengood was scheduled to begin today but it has been rescheduled for August 24th. The 31-year-old Libengood, who’s from Latrobe, is charged with aggravated assault, prohibited possession of a firearm, attempted robbery, and criminal discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure for an incident last July in which he’s accused of trying to rob David McGinnis of Bolivar during a drug deal at the Days Inn in Burrell Township.
