Indiana Borough Council met for their monthly work session Tuesday night and approved the county’s hazard mitigation plan.
Borough Manager Nicole Sipos explains the plan.
In other business, borough Police Chief Justin Schawl said that the police department will have an increased presence for IUPatty’s this weekend. He does not expect any increase in activity from last year, but they will be ready with Blairsville police assisting Indiana Borough and State Police with their efforts.
