IUP ANNOUNCES CROSS COUNTRY RECRUITS, INCLUDING STINGERS’ CORNETTO

IUP cross country coach Joey Zins has announced seventeen new members of the men’s and women’s teams for the upcoming season.  There are twelve men joining the program and five women, and included among those women is Marion Center standout Alyx Cornetto, an all-state runner and member of the 2018 state Class A championship team.

Another District 6 standout on the team is men’s runner Nate Kuntz, who comes from the outstanding Central Cambria program.

The new Crimson Hawks cross country team members include four men’s team runners from Perkiomen Valley High School: Andrew and Erik Moyer and Calvin and Ethan Ribelin.  Perkiomen Valley’s Randy Washington earlier this year announced that he will be playing his college football at IUP.
