In Indiana County Court today, Judge Michael Clark will conduct Plea Court for two drug defendants.
22-year-old Bradley Scott Gable of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. He was caught with two pounds of marijuana in the 500 block of Philadelphia Street in Indiana on April 5th last year.
26-year-old Jacob Dylan Shedlock of Clymer will plead to charges of possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia. He was found to have a small bag of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Route 217 in Black Lick Township last July. Shedlock was a passenger in the vehicle.
Judge Clark will also conduct a non-jury trial today for 24-year-old Nathan Haight of White Oak, Allegheny County, who is charged with two counts of driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, and failing to keep to the right in Indiana Borough in March of 2018.
President Judge William Martin will conduct two post-sentence motions hearings for Ryshawn Crawford, a former SCI Pine Grove inmate now serving time at SCI-Albion. He was convicted in each case for aggravated harassment by a prisoner, including one occasion on which he threw urine at a corrections officer. Crawford had his sentence extended by up to five years for the incidents.
