Governor Tom Wolf has announced that Indiana County will be one of 15 western and central Pa. counties to move into the green phase beginning next Friday May 5th.
Under green status, businesses can reopen under CDC guidelines, businesses like salons and barber shops can open by appointment only, and restaurants can open for limited dining. Large gatherings up to 250 people are permitted and indoor recreation facilities like gyms and spas can open at 50% capacity with appointments strongly encouraged.
