PennDOT is asking the public to comment on their winter services over the last few months.
Members of the public that want to submit feedback can do so through an online survey. In a news release, acting PennDOT secretary Mike Carroll says that people who use the survey can “share their comments, expectations and perceptions which helps us review our operations and ways to enhance public information.”
The 17-question survey will ask respondents about their timeline expectations for crews to make roadways safe and passable, how they rank snow removal priorities, and how they rated PennDOT’s winter-based services. The survey also asks how people receive PennDOT announcements and road information, and whether or not they use the 511PA traveler information service.
The survey is available until April 6th.
