Indiana County’s two remaining high school basketball teams in the PIAA basketball tournament are on the court tonight.
District 6 champion Homer-Center travels Bald Eagle Area to clash with District 3 champ Millersburg in a girls Double-A matchup. Both teams won with solid defense on Friday in their first round games. Homer-Center dominated Chartiers Houston, 43-20 and Millersburg outscored Tri Valley 16-4 in the fourth quarter to turn a tie game into a 44-33 win.

The District 6 Triple-A champion River Valley girls have a shorter trip tonight, playing in Kittanning at Armstrong High School against WPIAL runner-up Laurel. The Panthers overcame a scrappy York Catholic team, 60-52 in the first round while the Spartans dispatched Sharpsville, 57-31.
