NASCAR KEEPS THE PEDAL TO THE FLOOR WITH THIRD RACE IN SEVEN DAYS

America’s greatest day in racing is cut by half today, with the Indianapolis 500 rescheduled for August 23^rd.  The NASCAR Cup-series Coca Cola 600 will be held this evening at Charlotte Motor Speedway.   It’s the racing series’ third race in a week, after races at Darlington last Sunday and Wednesday.

Th starting order will be determined this afternoon, with traditional qualifying runs starting at 2 PM.  The race begins at 6 o’clock.
