Troopers say at 4:59 p.m., a man walked in to the Dollar General store along Old Indiana Road in Burrell Township and stuffed a brown teddy bear, valued at $15, into his jacket and left without paying.
Police describe the man as Black, standing six feet tall, and wearing a red hat and dark clothing.
