Homer City Police are asking the public to help them find a runaway teenager.
Police say they are looking for 16-year-old Tabitha Shields. She was described in a Facebook post as having brown hair and eyes, 5-feet 2-inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds. She has a tattoo of a red cross on her right middle finger and a heart on her right wrist, and a rose on the left side of her chest.
