IUP President Dr. Michael Driscoll released his weekly video on Friday and talked about graduation for this year.
Earlier in the semester, graduation exercises were put off to September 12th and 13th, and a schedule of events will be released later this month. In his video, Driscoll said he got to see the graduation messages submitted by the IUP community. The video ran for about 45 minutes, but he said it affected him emotionally.
The tribute videos, along with videos from Driscoll, Provost Timothy Moreland, and the various academic departments are now available on IUP’s social media pages.
Driscoll added that even though the semester is over, there is still work to be done in the weeks ahead.
It was also announced that Driscoll’s weekly video would go on hiatus for now, but he would return with updates on what’s happening over the summer and fall.
