Police reports include the report of an airplane crash, a protection from abuse violation, and a rock thrown through the window of a residence.
Four people were injured Saturday afternoon in the crash of a twin-engine airplane near the Ebensburg Airport. Officials from the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the 1:30 PM crash near Beulah Road and Allie Buck Road, about a mile north of the airport. The names of the victims have not yet been released. Two were flown to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, and two were taken by ambulance.
25-year-old Brandon Henry is accused of violating a protection from abuse order on Friday. Indiana Borough police say it happened in the 900 block of Wayne Avenue, and Henry was later taken into custody and placed in the Indiana County Jail.
Indiana Borough police say someone threw a rock through the front window of a home in the 200 block of South 7th Street between last Wednesday and Saturday. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 349-2121.
Armagh firefighters were summoned Saturday evening to a brush fire along Route 22 in East Wheatfield Township. Also, Indiana County 911 reports an accident Saturday morning on Route 22 in Burrell Township. No police report is available as yet.
