Pennsylvania State Police – Troop A in Indiana released an updated “Five Most Wanted” fugitive sheet earlier today, with one name taken into custody.
21-year-old Harlie Rose Cowie was taken into custody by Brookville Police Department and was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Suzanne V. Stefee on May 3.
Her bail was set at $500 unsecured and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 21 at 9 a.m.
Cowie’s capture still leaves four fugitives at large, including 29-year-old Reginald Fitzgerald Pitts of Johnstown, 29-year-old Frederick James Moran of Shelocta, 27-year-old Devon Donte Perrin of Philadelphia and 28-year-old Brianna Wolf of Budd Lake, N.J.
Pitts was last seen in East Wheatfield Township, and he is wanted for a 2019 misdemeanor drug possession/DUI.
Moran is wanted for a 2020 felony of possession with intent to deliver in Indiana, where he was last seen.
Perrin was also seen last in Indiana, where he is wanted for two 2019 felony drug delivery cases.
And Wolf is wanted for a 2019 felony possession with intent to deliver. She was last seen in Blairsville.
