A day after naming the women’s basketball All-Decade team, IUP has named its All-Decade men’s basketball team, headed by Player of the Decade Darryl Webb. It’s noteworthy that Webb was honored, since he only played one year in the 2010s. But in that one year, IUP’s all-time leading scorer was named NABC Division Two Player of the Year, averaging 17.4 points and 10.1 rebounds per game in leading IUP to the PSAC championship.
Joining Webb on the All-Decade team are guards Brandon Norfleet, Ashton Smith, and Devante Chance, and forward Cobo Diaz.
The second team features guards Dante Lombardi, Anthony Glover, Malik Miller, and Julian Sanders, and forward Marcel Souberbielle.
The IUP men were dominant in the 2010s. They led the PSAC with 259 wins, nine division titles, and four tournament championships, finishing eight seasons ranked in the NCAA Division Two top 25, with eight NCAA tournament berths, and an appearance in the 2015 national championship game.

DARRYL WEBB (2007-11)
2011 NABC Division II Player of the Year, Atlantic District Player of the Year and PSAC West Player of the Year … Led IUP to second straight PSAC title and earned PSAC Tournament MVP in 2011 … Averaged 17.4 points and 10.1 rebounds per game as a senior … Two-time All-American is IUP’s all-time points (1,949) and rebounds (1,214) leader, and is second in blocks (162).
Brandon Norfleet (2013-16)
2016 unanimous All-American and PSAC West Player of the Year … His 22.8 points per game as a senior is tied for fourth best in program history, was most in 18 seasons … Set program single season record with 662 points in 2015-16 … Helped IUP to 2015 national title game … Scored 1,678 career points … 2013 PSAC East Freshman of the Year at Cheyney.
Ashton Smith (2008-12)
2012 NABC and Division II Bulletin All-American … PSAC West Player of the Year … Two-time first team All-PSAC West … Helped IUP to 2010 and 2011 PSAC titles, 2010 national championship game … Finished career as program’s assist leader (456) and third all-time in points (1,635) … 127 games played was most in program history in 2012.
Jacobo Diaz (2015-19)
Two-time All-American and PSAC West Player of the Year … Unanimous first team All-American as a senior in 2019 … Three-time first team All-PSAC West … Helped lead Crimson Hawks to four straight PSAC West regular season titles and 2019 conference tournament championship … Second to Darryl Webb in career points (1,747) and rebounds (1,105).
Devante Chance (2011-15)
2015 NABC and Division II Bulletin All-American … Was also PSAC West Player of the Year as a senior … Two-time All-PSAC West selection … Led IUP in scoring (16.5 PPG) and assists (217) in route to 2015 national title game … 217 assists broke IUP single season record … Finished as program’s leader in assists (512) and tied Ashton Smith for games played (127) … Second with 207 steals … 1,280 career points.

Dante Lombardi (2015-19)
2019 NABC All-Atlantic District selection … Four-time PSAC honoree, including 2016 Western Division Freshman of the Year … Only player in program history with 1,600 points and 500 assists … IUP record holder with 567 assists, eighth with 1,603 points … Third with 273 3-pointers made, fifth with 187 steals.
Malik Miller (2016-20)
2020 NABC and Division II Bulletin All-American … Also PSAC West Player of the Year as a senior … First team All-PSAC West in both seasons as a starter … Helped IUP to back-to-back PSAC tournament championships, four straight division titles … 12th in IUP history with 1,525 career points.
Marcel Souberbielle (2010-14)
NABC All-Atlantic District and first team All-PSAC West selection in 2014 … Helped IUP to PSAC tournament championships in 2011 and 2013 … Led team with 16.0 points per game as a senior … 1,169 career points, 532 rebounds, 120 steals.
Anthony Glover (2015-18)
