Today will be the first official game of Spring Training for the Pittsburgh Pirates as they will take on the Toronto Blue Jays. Mitch Kellar has been tabbed as the starter for today’s game. He was 5-12 last season with the Bucs with a 3.91 ERA, and lead the staff in number of starts and number of innings pitched.
The first radio broadcast of Spring Training will come Monday, when the Bucs take on the Phillies, a game you’ll be able to hear on WCCS 101.1 FM and AM 1160. The game will not be available on our online streams due to MLB regulations.
