The Blairsville-Saltsburg School Board met last night and discussed the boiler project for the Blairsville campus.
The project’s scope did have to change, according to School Board President Rick Harper.
The board approved a Bundled Energy Solutions Project Agreement with ABM Building Solutions, LLC to replace the boilers and pumps at the campus at a cost not to exceed $8,204,329.
In other business, prom and graduation were discussed last night. Superintendent Jeffrey Soles said while the graduation ceremonies are still on the calendar for May 29th, it may look like the district won’t be able to hold a traditional graduation ceremony. Soles said they are looking at other options for both graduation and prom for possibly later this year.
