In Indiana County, Indiana – the 15701 zip code – has the most positive cases with 19.
Among neighboring counties, Westmoreland reports the most positive cases, with three reported in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 377 and 19 deaths, which did not change in the last 24 hours. Armstrong County’s total of positive cases increased by just one to 47, with two deaths, while Jefferson County stayed at four positive cases and Cambria County again stayed at 21 with one death.
The state is reporting that the number of positive cases in Pennsylvania reached 42,050, an increase of 885 from Sunday. The 26 to 49 year old age group has the most positive cases with 38 percent of the 42,050 cases. Deaths in Pennsylvania due to confirmed cases increased by 47 to 1,597.
While 42,050 have tested positive in the state, 161,372 have tested negative. In Indiana County, 598 have tested negative.
