Jury selection is scheduled today for three trials getting underway in Indiana County Court. Two of them are for drug defendants.
39-year-old Troy Lin Bingaman of Northern Cambria is charged with felony possession with intent to deliver and flight to avoid apprehension, and misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana in a case originating in March of 2020. It’s a second attempt at a trial for Bingaman. The case was previously brought to trial last month but a mistrial was declared.
Jury selection is also scheduled today for 37-year-old Matthew Alan Adams of Indiana, who is charged with felony possession with intent to deliver and misdemeanor possession. His case dates to April of 2021.
A jury will be chosen today for 39-year-old Justin Ryan Lamb of Seward, who is facing two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, dating to September of ’21.
All three of those cases will be tried before President Judge Thomas Bianco.
There are also two trials scheduled before Judge Gina Force. One is a contempt case against 41-year-old Elizabeth Galentine of Home. The other is a contempt case against 36-year-old Jacob Weber of Indiana.
