It was a big weekend for Indiana wrestlers in the WPIAL Eastern Sectional Tournament.
Indiana advanced eight out of town wrestlers to the next round. Carter Putt and Will Turner were crowned section champions while Nico Fanella and Tuscan Blystone placed second. Brandyn Parcell and Jacob Snyder finished third in their weight classes. Dominic Fanella and Alvin Liu each placed fourth.
They’ll all move on to the WPIAL AA District Tournament this weekend at Chartiers Valley.
