In two criminal filings, two Johnstown women have been charged with retail theft and corruption of minors for stealing items from the White Township Walmart store and having a juvenile wheel them out of the store.
The incidents happened October 22nd and again on the 29th. State police say 34-year-old Carrie Liddick and 29-year-old Jessica Mason also used the juvenile to steal items. They got away with it on the 22nd, but were stopped by store personnel on the 29th.
