Indiana Borough police have charged 22-year-old Dillon Mitchell with simple assault, reckless endangerment, and disorderly conduct after police say he pulled a gun from his pants and pointed it at another person on November 2nd in the 1100 block of Grant Street. Mitchell was charged via criminal complaint. No other details of the incident were released.

- 20-year-old Tyhiem Brooks of Philadelphia is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia, on October 20th in the 700 block of Gompers Avenue.
- 19-year-old Cassandra Stolz of Greenville, PA, is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, of drug paraphernalia, and of alcohol, October 21st in the 200 block of West Avenue.
- 21-year-old Jeremy Houser of Blairsville is charged with possessing a small amount of marijuana, on Friday evening in the 1300 block of Oakland Avenue.
- 18-year-old David Weihe of Philadelphia is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana on Friday in the 200 block of South 5th Street.
