The Marion Center School Board is getting ready for their work session tonight, and this will be held online via Zoom video chat.
After cancelling their school board meeting in March, the board will hold their meetings as scheduled for tonight’s work session and for the voting meeting next Monday, April 27th. The board will allow public participation at both meetings, but they are asking district residents to pre-register by calling 724-397-5551 extension 5000. If asked to leave a message, please include your name, phone number and email address so district officials can send the information needed to join.
Attendees will have the option of joining the Zoom meeting by phone or on the computer.
Tonight’s work session will include an update on the continuity of the education plan, and discussion on some possible motions for suspending class rank and graduation requirement policies, changing this year’s school calendar and approving next year’s school calendar.
