The Penguins have announced the signing of their 2017 seventh-round draft pick to a two-year entry-level contract.
22-year-old defenseman William Reilly is a 6-2, 197-pounder who played his college hockey at RPI. He has attended the last three Penguins development camps since being drafted 217th overall three years ago.
