Today’s Indiana County Court schedule features sixteen Plea Court appearances, but fourteen of them involve one defendant.
33-year-old Patrick Wayne Palmer of Seward will plead in those fourteen cases to a combined total of eleven counts of retail theft, two counts of conspiracy to retail theft, and single counts of defiant trespass, possessing drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to the same offense, conspiracy to theft by deception and conspiracy to retail theft. All eleven retail theft charges and the conspiracy to retail theft charge are felony grade. The rest are misdemeanors. All of the crimes were committed between March of last year and January of this year.
32-year-old Andrew Kirk Rankin of Creekside will also have a Plea Court appearance today in two cases. He’s charged with felony possession with intent to deliver and misdemeanor possession in both of them.
