The CDC is reporting, as of noon today, that the number of confirmed Covid-19 cases has increased to 21, while fortunately, there are still no deaths. The number is up four from 17 confirmed cases reported on Monday.
Armstrong County has 18 confirmed cases and Jefferson County has reported its first confirmed case. Cambria County reports eight confirmed cases and one death, and Westmoreland County confirmed case has jumped to 177.
The number of cases in Pennsylvania stands at 14,559, with 240 deaths. The 26 to 49 year old age group has the most positive cases with 42 percent of the 14,559 confirmed cases.
Nationally, the number of confirmed cases stands at 377,792 with 11,816 deaths.
