UPDATE: Charles Bradley Dukes was sentenced in eight cases this morning. He was ordered to serve 18 months to five years in state prison for five of the burglary charges, and 30 months to seven years for the other three charges. All of the sentences will run concurrent with each other and with any other sentences he is currently serving.
WHAT WE PREVIOUSLY REPORTED
Today’s Indiana County Court schedule includes sentencing for a Strongstown man in nine separate burglary cases.
In Plea Court in January, 35-year-old Charles Bradley Dukes pleaded guilty to felony burglary in each of the nine cases, with non-prosecution on associated charges. The break-ins were committed between April and July of 2018. The charges were filed last fall.
Dukes has a long criminal history in Indiana County going back to a theft case in 2005. He is currently housed in SCI Pine Grove.
