Hey Pens’ fans! There’s nothing to celebrate this season, but on March 29, 1997, Penguins center Ron Francis scored his 400th career goal in a game against the L.A. Kings.
Francis’ goal made the Penguins the first team to have players record their 400th, 500th (Joe Mullen), and 600th (Mario Lemieux) career goals in the same season.
