Rawn L. Shumaker, 69 of Blairsville, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023 at his home. He was born February 04, 1953 in Latrobe, PA, the son of the late Robert C.L. Shumaker and Edna (Smith) Shumaker.
Rawn was a 1971 graduate of Blairsville High School. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Blairsville. Rawn had worked at the former family business, Blairsville Farm Service and also at Bosco Buick, CR Motors and McGills Auto. He enjoyed attending the PA farm shows at Penn State and spending time with his family on the holidays.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Darla Shumaker, Blairsville, PA; Nieces & Nephew: James S. Shumaker & fiance, Margaret, Blairsville, PA, Amy L. Shumaker, Ft. Myers, FL, Jeffrey Shumaker & wife, Sherri, Hilton Head, SC, Kim Shumaker, Blairsville, PA and Colleen Shumaker, Hilton Head, SC and several Great Nieces & Nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, James S. Shumaker, Sr.; brother, Robert C. Shumaker, Jr.; brother, Thomas Shumaker and sister-in-law, Nancy (West) Shumaker.
The family will receive friends at the James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc., 25 W. Market St., Blairsville, PA 15717 on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at 6 PM with Pastor Dawn Krishart officiating. Interment will be held in the Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, Pennsylvania.
