Sheetz announced some changes at its stores due to coronavirus concerns.
On Monday, the convenience store chain announced that it would stop all self-serve coffee and drink service and the availability of self-service pastries in its bakery. Customers will now have to order coffee using the touch-screen menus, while the pastry items will not be available for sale. Customers will also not be able to get self-serve fountain drinks, frozen drinks or milkshakes.
The stores will also enhance their current daily cleanup efforts of the touch-screen machines, gas pumps, countertops and other high-contact areas.
