The PIAA has announced that the winter high school sports championships will “continue to be on hold,” and the start of the spring sports schedule is pushed back for at least another two weeks. Governor Tom Wolf yesterday extended the closure of state schools until April 6th, and the PIAA says that will be the earliest any spring sports practices or games could resume.
According to the PIAA news release, “No date has been determined to re-start any sports activities at this time.”
