Mildred Catherine Davis, 94, of Sunny Hill Personal Care Home formerly of Homer City died Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was the daugther of the late Ivan MIchael and Anna (Stulac) Kosic and was born May 18, 1923 in Center township, PA.
Mildren was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish and the Croation Fraternal Lodge #274.
She is survived by five children, Sandra (James) Nardone, Peoria, Arizona; Cindy (Bill) Kopchick, Indiana; Kevin (Nancy) Davis, Homer City; Keith (Debra) Davis, Homer City and Daniel (Carolyn) Davis, Graceton; nine grandchildren, Angela, Andrea, Christopher, Scott, Aaron, Audrianna, Zachary, Quentin and Nathaniel. She is also survived by three great grandchildren, Noah, Draven and Maya and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lisle Davis, daughter, Linda Short; three sisters, Mary Smicklo, Barbara Orr and Ann Wapinsky; and three brothers, John, Walter and Stephen Kosic.
Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City. A Blessing Services will be held Tuesday at 9:30 AM at the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 AM at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Lucernemines Site. Interment will be Friday at 10 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana.
