An Indiana Restaurant announced they will serve free lunches to all K-12 students during the two-week school closure.
Spaghetti Benders Spaghetti Benders Spaghetti Benders in Downtown Indiana has announced they will offer free spaghetti lunches to all grade school students during the two week closure. The lunches will be offered Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The lunches will include spaghetti with marinara or butter sauce, fresh italian bread, and a bottle of water when available.
Elementary school students should have a parent accompany them, while older students should have their student ID with them.
The Indiana School District is also offering free meals during the closures starting on March 18th. They will run every school day during the closures from 11-1 at both Ben Franklin Elementary School and the Sr. High School. The meals will be served in drive-through fashion near the front entrances, and a breakfast and lunch meal will be given to students simultaneously.
