The Pitt Panthers are 12-6 and 5-2 in the ACC after Saturday’s win over Georgia Tech broke their two-game losing streak. Pitt concludes a three-game road trip on Wednesday night at Louisville, with a chance to match last year’s six-win ACC win total.
Coach Jeff Capel says the Panthers have a chance to turn it into a very special season.
Pitt has already topped last year’s overall team victory total. They were 11-21 overall last year and 6-14 in the ACC.
