A Homer City man has been charged with harassment.
State police say that 37-year-old Richard Fore of Homer City was involved in an incident with an unnamed 50-year-old Indiana man. The two were involved in a verbal dispute on Thursday at a location on Oakland Avenue in White Township that turned physical when Fore damaged a 2017 Honda CR-V and a chrome Steelers license plate cover.
