Several hearings are scheduled today for Indiana County Court, including two hearings today for a man who was charged with aggravated harassment.
Two post-sentence motion hearings are on the docket today for 19-year-old Ryshawn Crawford, originally from Philadelphia, for two separate incidents of aggravated harassment by a prisoner. He was sentenced to up to five years in prison for the cases that date back to February 8th and March 2nd of last year. In the incident on March 2nd, he allegedly threw urine onto a corrections officer at SCI-Pine Grove.
No details are available on the incident on February 8th. Crawford is also serving time for other cases of aggravated harassment, and in a separate case, Crawford was charged with attacking another inmate while the two were in a holding cell at the Indiana County Courthouse when he asked the inmate for his lunch. He is now serving his sentence at SCI-Albion.
The other hearings set for today are mainly sentencing or plea and sentencing hearings for those who were charged with DUI and related offenses.
