Three Heritage Conference teams in District 6 and the Indiana girls in the WPIAL opened playoff basketball action with wins last night. The Purchase Line girls’ team look to keep it going as they play host to Williamsburg tonight in the District 6 1A bracket. Purchase Line is seeded No. 3 in the bracket, while Williamsburg is No. 6.

The Saltsburg girls, seeded No. 5, also begin play in the 1A bracket when they travel to Bald Eagle Area High School to take on No. 4 St. Joseph’s.
